Step 1
Pack the device securely for transport. Use the original packaging if you still have it.
Step 2
Include the receipt or invoice in the package (either the original or a copy) or upload it in the RMA form if you still have it.
Step 3
Place the RMA PDF you'll receive from us into the package.
Step 4
Seal the package and address it to us.
